Effective Date: 2025
By registering for any program or lesson with Daily Canadian Drivers, students agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure safety, clarity, and efficiency of our driver education services.
Students must complete the Beginner Driver Education (BDE) program within one (1) year of the registration date. Extensions will not be granted unless in exceptional cases, subject to written approval.
Students are required to provide accurate personal information at the time of registration and throughout the course, including for both online and in-car sessions.
It is the student’s responsibility to inform the school of any changes to contact information or availability.
Completion of the online BDE course is mandatory before commencing any in-car driving lessons.
Daily Canadian Drivers reserves the right to verify online course completion before scheduling behind-the-wheel sessions.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of any in-car driving lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee, which must be paid before the next lesson can be scheduled.
Failure to show up for a scheduled lesson without notice (“no-show”) will also incur a $50 fee.
Daily Canadian Drivers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at any time due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or instructor availability. Students will be notified as early as possible.
All courses and packages are non-refundable, without exception.
Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued for partially completed programs or missed sessions.
Students are expected to arrive on time and behave in a respectful, responsible, and safety-conscious manner during all lessons.
Daily Canadian Drivers reserves the right to terminate any lessons or dismiss students from the program without refund for behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or non-compliant.
Students must possess a valid Ontario G1 license before starting in-car instruction.
Students must disclose any medical, physical, or mental condition that could affect driving ability.
Students who complete the full BDE course as per MTO requirements will be certified on the Driver’s License History (DLH).
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure all requirements are met in a timely manner to receive certification.
Student information is collected and used in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and will only be used for internal purposes and communication related to training and certification.
